They want to practice it.The MicroCert is hands-on and practice-based, designed to build a shared understanding of how communities change while giving you the tools to contribute to that change in your own context.

Concrete methods for identifying and framing complex community challenges, approaches for designing and testing solutions, and the skills to measure and communicate real impact. You also join a cohort of practitioners working through the same questions at the same time.
How it is
structured
The program moves through three levels: Emerging, Performing, and Transforming Social Innovator. Each level deepens your capacity for collaborative problem-solving and prepares you to take on more complex challenges in your community.

Completing all three levels qualifies you to apply to become a member of the Community of Fellows, where you take on a more active role in guiding others and contributing to the Network's ongoing work.
